How to use your Gua Sha:
Use on cleansed skin with a facial oil or serum for a smooth glide. Drag the stone with gentle, sweeping movements in the following direction:
- From the chin up along the jawline towards the ear
- From the wings of the nose to the cheekbones
- Under the eye – from the corner of the eye towards the temple
- From eyebrows up to the hairline
- Finish along the neck down towards the collarbones to promote lymphatic drainage
The treatment should feel comfortable and soothing – use light pressure.
Care:
