1. Do you deliver internationally?
Right now we only ship our products within Sweden, in order to provide the best possible service and fast deliveries.
2. How long will it take before I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Delivery with PostNord usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on where you live.
3. I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
If it takes longer than expected, please contact us via email or phone. We will be happy to help you track your order and resolve any issues.
4. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are truly sorry if something went wrong! Please contact us as soon as possible and send us pictures of the product and packaging. We will help you resolve the situation quickly.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to help you, but after that it may be difficult to make changes.
7. How do returns and cancellation rights work?
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to law. But remember to contact us first for clear instructions. The item must be returned unused in the original packaging with all accessories.
