Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may make it necessary to cancel your appointment with us. To make this as easy and smooth as possible, we have designed the following cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booked appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time will be charged 50% of the price of the booked treatment.
  • No-Cancel Appointment: If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment.

We understand that it can be frustrating to have to pay for a time that you cannot use. However, it is important for us to point out that we reserve the booked time specifically for you and cannot book anyone else during that period.
